PoolManFinder.com ("PoolManFinder," "we," "us") is a service of Thriving Partners, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

• Quote request data: name, phone, email, ZIP code, pool details, and an optional pool photo.
• Professional data: business name, contact details, service ZIPs, license/insurance information you provide, and records of any text-alert consent (time, IP address, page, and the wording shown).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via server logs and analytics).

2. How We Use It

• To show your request (photo, pool details, ZIP code and service needed) to matched local Professionals, and to release your name, phone number and email only to Professionals who send you a quote — never more than three (3).
• To operate, secure, and improve the directory, and to communicate with you about your request.
• To bill Professionals per quote (card payments are processed by Stripe).

3. What We Share (and What We Never Do)

Your name, phone number and email go only to Professionals who send you a quote — never more than three per request. Professionals offered your request see a preview — your pool photo and general job details — without your contact details. We do not sell your personal information.

We use service providers that process data only to run PoolManFinder: web hosting, email and text-message delivery, Stripe for Professional payments, and an AI provider that reads pool photos to estimate pool details.

4. Communications & Opt-Out

With your consent, PoolManFinder and Professionals who send you a quote may contact you by phone, SMS, or email about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email privacy@poolmanfinder.com. Opting out does not affect quotes already delivered.

We never sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Photos

Pool photos are stored securely, used only to prepare your quotes, and are not published publicly. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Data Retention & Security

We keep a homeowner's name, phone number, email, and pool photo for 12 months after the request, then delete them. We keep billing records as long as the law requires. We use TLS encryption in transit and access controls at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@poolmanfinder.com. State laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA) may grant additional rights; we honor all applicable requests.

8. Children

The platform is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
