PoolManFinder.com ("PoolManFinder," "we," "us") is a service of Thriving Partners, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. It operates an online directory and referral platform that connects homeowners ("Users") with independent pool service professionals ("Professionals"). PoolManFinder is not a pool service contractor, subcontractor, broker, agent, or employer of any Professional. We do not perform, supervise, direct, warrant, or guarantee any pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, or related work.
Listing a Professional in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee. While we may perform basic verification checks (such as business registration or license confirmation where provided), we make no representation that any Professional is licensed, insured, bonded, or qualified. Users are solely responsible for verifying licensing, insurance, and references before hiring.
Licensing in Florida. Pool and spa equipment installation, repair, and resurfacing require a state contractor license issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR); routine pool cleaning may not. Before hiring, check the Professional's license at myfloridalicense.com and ask for a current certificate of insurance (COI).
Automated photo summaries. When you upload a pool photo, an automated tool estimates pool type, size, and water condition. These summaries are rough estimates only and do not replace an on-site inspection or water test by a Professional.
By uploading a photo of your pool, you represent that you own or have the right to share it, and you grant PoolManFinder a non-exclusive license to show it to the local Professionals we offer your request to, for the sole purpose of preparing a quote. Do not upload images containing people, or content you do not have rights to.
We offer each request to up to three (3) matched Professionals at a time. They see a preview — photo, AI summary, pool details, ZIP code and service needed — but not your name, phone number or email. Your contact details are released only to Professionals who send you a quote, and no more than three (3) Professionals can quote a request. If a matched Professional passes or does not respond within 24 hours, we may offer the preview to another local Professional.
By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box, you provide express written consent to be contacted by PoolManFinder and up to three (3) Professionals who send you a quote at the phone number and email you provided, including via automated technology, SMS, prerecorded messages, and email, regarding your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoolManFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including property damage, personal injury, lost profits, or disputes between Users and Professionals, arising out of or related to the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
Users and Professionals agree to indemnify and hold harmless PoolManFinder from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from (a) their use of the platform, (b) any services performed or failed to be performed, and (c) any violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Any dispute with PoolManFinder shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. These Terms are governed by Florida law. Arbitration, and any proceeding not subject to arbitration, shall take place exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida. Disputes between Users and Professionals must be resolved directly between those parties.
